Stress Management Course
Stress has become an inherent part of a modern life. Lack of energy, exhaustion, absence of happiness, low motivation and productivity are common phenomena nowadays across all life fields: work, school, university or home. Fortunately, there are many tools and techniques to respond and reduce one’s level of stress, increase the energy inflow and recharge the batteries.
At course we will explore the nature of stress as well stress management techniques e.g. time management, art of saying “no”, mindfulness, creativity and physical activities. As result, you will better know yourself, feel and manage your emotions, reduce stress impact and increase your level of happiness in every moment of your life.
The acquired tools and techniques can be further implemented at work with children or colleagues to create healthy routines and build trustful relationships.
This course combines the theoretical part in the classroom in the morning and afternoon practical modules in the most pictures places of the northern Tenerife. It also includes a handcrafting workshop – we will create your own bracelet.
